- We welcome well behaved and potty-trained dogs
- Allowed: Max of two hypoallergenic or low-shedding dogs
- Fee: $250 per reservation. Please add pets when you book
- Pets must not be left unattended  
- Property is fully gated both front and backyard but pets should not be left unattended outdoors
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- Please walk your dog in the neighbourhood for bathroom needs

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire Upper Residence during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, flex/workspace, in-unit laundry, and the private rooftop deck.

The rooftop deck is exclusively reserved for upper residence guests. You'll also have access to the shared front and side yard outdoor areas, which may be used by guests staying in the lower residence. All indoor living spaces and the rooftop deck are completely private and exclusively yours throughout your stay.
